We’re hopping into a short break this Easter long weekend!⁠

Our clinic will be closed from Friday to Monday, reopening Tuesday refreshed and ready to go 💚⁠

Whether you’re spending it chasing chocolate, soaking up sunshine, or enjoying some well-earned downtime, we hope you have a safe and relaxing Easter 🐰✨⁠

We are so excited to welcome Gen M back from maternity leave. She is stepping back into Thursday and Friday morning sessions in Mosman and we know you have missed her.⁠

It is also a big month for our Sq1 family with lots of babies incoming. Joanne begins maternity leave from 6 March and Tom will be taking a month of paternity leave, so please keep an eye on the timetable for any updates.⁠

Recently, the ⁠Australian Physiotherapy Association published an article on a new care pathway for osteoarthritis (OA), highlighting the practicality and effectiveness of the GLA:D program in managing OA.⁠

We cannot be prouder to be leading the way by having been strong advocates for the GLA:D program for five years already 🤸We run five classes per week and see excellent results first-hand! ⁠

We are over the moon that GLA:D has been published in the Australian Physiotherapy Association, the peak body representing the interests of more than 30,000 physiotherapists and their patients, as it cements its reputation in our country.⁠
