At the Morwell Cricket Club, cricket is more than a game! It brings families and generations together.

Has there ever been a better reason to extend one’s playing career or get the gear out of retirement for the chance to play alongside your kids!

Yesterday, Marty Giddens walked out on the field with son Harley for his senior debut, Steve Esler and son Nick enjoyed a great win, and Natalie Freeman alongside daughters Matilda and Lilly have enjoyed many games together including a premiership for the women’s team.

More teams, more opportunities and more family memories. That’s what our club is all about! 💛🖤🐯

🏏 400 GAMES – STEPHEN BILIC! 🖤💛

Today marks a massive milestone for a true Morwell Cricket Club legend!

🏏Debuted in 1996
🏏 3,755 runs, including 11 half-centuries
🎯 227 wickets
🙌 184 catches – one of our all-time best fielders!

Off the field, Bil has served many years on the committee, including 9 years as club secretary, and was recognised for his outstanding service as the 26th Life Member of our club in 2018.

👏 Congratulations to Bil on becoming just the 10th person in club history to reach 400 games! An incredible achievement and a testament to his loyalty and dedication to the black and yellow.
