- Monday 29th = 8 to 10 & 3 to 5

The natural bodybuilding competition promoted by Richard & Ryan is on tomorrow at the Bay Pavilions.

This means the gym will be unstaffed.

We'd love to see a many of you there in the crowd tomorrow to support us and also the 4 gym members (Trevor, Colbey, Michelle & Jordan) who are competing.

RUNNING ORDER - Mr & Ms Capital Coast

This Saturday 31st May at the Yuin Theatre @ Bay Pavilions - Batemans Bay NSW South Coast

Please keep in mind this is just a guide and the times may slightly change on the day.

It is going to be a great day showcasing natural bodybuilding in a format and style unlike any other federation.

We will be starting off by showcasing the artistic side of our sport with 5 women’s individual posing routines and 3 men's individual posing routines.

We then move on to a couple really inspirational stories about how fitness can help people overcome adversity and make a positive impact on their lives.

Next we highlight camaraderie between gym mates & artistic choreography with a Doubles Routine.

Then we will get the crowd involved with a "push up challenge" with prizes for the most push ups performed!

Pro natural bodybuilder Brendan Simm will take the stage showcasing the highest level of our sport as he heads into preparation for the Mr Elysium in November.

And we have some awesome quality athletes who have worked so hard to make it to the stage in Women's Athletic Bodysculpting, Men's Classical Bodybuilding & Women's Classical Bodybuilding battling it out for pro cards!
