1984 1ST OPEN MENS MR AUSTRALIA (IFBB)

AFTER 10 YEARS OF CHASING MY DREAM TO BECOME A WORLD CHAMPION IT WAS ACHIEVED, THIS WAS THE HIGH POINT IN MY CAREER SO FAR. IN 1992 I TURNED PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETED ON THE IFBB PRO CIRCUIT THROUGH OUT AMERICA. PROFESSIONAL CONTESTS COMPETED IN.

This is success to me !!!!
A 17 yr old kid comes to me recommended by his parents who both trained in my Marrickville gym 🏋️‍♂️ 💪 30 years ago . Ayden is a good kid he came to me shy and lacked confidence. I've trained Ayden and his friend Dean on Saturdays over the last 12 months, his confidence and body have both grown over the period. They travel 100km round trip to train with me.
I enjoy helping and seeing people and their lives change ii a positive way ✨️
Looking forward to seeing Ayden change and successed in 2024 🙌
