🗣️⚽ At Soccer By Design Academy, player development is more than just what happens on the pitch.
📋📈 Every 6 months, we hold our Player/Parent Interviews to make sure every player and every family understands where they are in their development journey.
⚽🔥 These interviews give players clear feedback on their progress, their training standards, their mentality, their technical and tactical development, and the areas they can keep improving.
👨👩👧👦💬 They also give parents the chance to ask questions, give feedback, and better understand how their child is progressing inside the Academy environment.
❤️🤝 For us, this is one of the most important parts of the program.
👀💛 It allows us to get to know each family properly, understand each player as a person, and find the best ways to support them through their soccer journey.
