At Maitland Chair Yoga, our focus is on helping you move more with ease and feel more confident in your body — not on achieving a “perfect” yoga pose.
Using your chair for full support (not just as a prop), we guide you through movements that improve mobility, strength, and balance at your own pace.
Prefer to stay seated? Absolutely.
Feel like standing for part of the class? You can safely hold the back of your chair as we explore supported standing and balance work.
Every class offers options and variations, so you can choose what feels right for your body on any given day.
