Running as much as I do, I’ve learned pretty quickly that looking after your body isn’t optional… it’s part of the training.
Lately, that’s meant weekly sessions with at in Mermaid Beach 🤍
This has become one of those quiet game changers for me. It’s not flashy, but it works. Helping reduce muscle tightness, improve circulation, support recovery and even calm the nervous system when everything feels a bit go go go at the minute 😵💫
With big running & marathon goals this year, I’m not just focused on how I train… but how I recover.
Because showing up consistently only happens when your body actually feels supported ✅
Slowing down, tuning in, and giving my body what it needs is exactly what the doc ordered…
