Base Camp Strength & Conditioning is Australia's best indoor group fitness training. No matter what your fitness level, age or gender, our sessions cater to everyone. You work to your own level and as your fitness improves, so does your training intensity, ensuring that you will never plateau and you'll continue to get amazing results whilst having fun at the same time. You'll always leave with a

smile on your face. We're not your group fitness, we use a range of equipment that ensures your sessions are never the same and will always keep you guessing. We do everything from strength training, to boxing, to battle ropes, to circuits, to kettlebells, to TRXs. Our philosophy centres on delivering results-driven programs via progressive training loads. In other words, you’ll increase your capacity and capability week-to-week in 3 week blocks so that you’ll see progress in your body make up and the results you achieve. It’s the same strategy used by strength and conditioning coaches of elite sporting teams and personal trainers and is proven to work. We also think training should be fun, but at the same time challenging so you can achieve a fitter and healthier you that will have you feeling more confident than ever. No crash diets, starvation and countless hours of training, we’ll work you hard, but we’ll also show you how to push through those barriers that have held you back in the past. You’ll enjoy your training like never before and the satisfaction you’ll get from the results, will keep you craving more.

THE FINAL BLOCK OF TRAINING FOR 2026 IS HERE 🖤

WHAT’S DIFFERENT?
• We are introducing total body PUSH and total body PULL days. Push days you can expect to work your chest, quads, calves, triceps. Pull days is all about the posterior chain, think hamstrings, glutes, back and biceps.
We’re also moving into a set format. Meaning on a Monday, you’ll always train the same strength session (for the 3 week block) and same with Wednesdays.

TUESDAY CARDIO:
• will alternate fortnightly between short speed intervals & endurance sessions. Power & Plyometrics will be incorporated into these workouts accordingly.

MORE HYROX SESSIONS:
• you’ve been asking for them! Thursdays for the remainder of the year will be Hyrox Thursdays.. ALL DAY! With over half our members racing in December we know you’re all keen to get your movements in.

• Thursday Hyrox sessions will be strictly indoor (no running)

• Hyrox sessions use a lot of PUSH mechanics (squats, lunges etc). By putting your PUSH strength day on the Monday, this means you’ll hopefully be fresh in the legs for your Hyrox Thursday sessions.

For those not racing … nothing changes for you! Believe it or not you regularly train all the Hyrox movements in a cardio class with us 😉 so it’ll be very similar, but this way you come in knowing you’ll be doing those movement specifically.

RUNNING:
• every Saturday will now be a compromised running session (previously fortnightly). As always.. we will have alternatives for those unable or not wanting to run.
• as many of our members are starting a 12 week running plan, we have structured your sessions this way so you can plan your weekly running sessions accordingly.

FRIDAY FUSION:
Will remain the session you know and love & by that we mean versatile! Lots of core movements, some cardio, Olympic lifts, unilateral sessions ..
The session you come in for, never knowing what you’re coming in for!

A lot of thought has gone into this training schedule & we can’t wait for you all to reap the benefits of it!

Any questions? Ask your coaches 🖤
