We’re thrilled to introduce Robyn & Brittany Pym as our new Co-Head Coaches for 2027.
Bringing together a wealth of experience, passion and fresh ideas, they’ll be working together to support, inspire and develop our coaches and athletes.
Robyn Pym – Coaching Framework & Pathway Lead - Elite level Coach and NV current Central East Academy Head Coach
Leads the Association’s coaching framework, player pathway and development standards, ensuring our coaches and athletes have clear expectations and a consistent approach aligned with Junior Netball Australia frameworks.
Brittany Pym – Coaching & Athlete Development Lead - past MPNA athlete, NV academy athlete, VNL athlete with Monash and Boroondara Express, 19/u head coach and assistant at Casey Demons.
Brings the framework to life through hands-on coach mentoring, practical support and individual athlete development, working closely with coaches to support the growth of every player.
Together, our Co-Head Coaches will provide a clear vision, consistent coaching approach and strong development pathway across the Association — working collaboratively to help our coaches and athletes reach their potential.
