Why would you use us to go from 0 to being able to run 5km
Yep it’s not rocket science you can follow a program from the internet
But like a lot of us we try something on our own and stop when life gets in the way
Having a coach to be present is a good way to keep you on to finish
a program or a goal
It’s just 5 weeks goes by in a blink and it’s an adventure in trying something that is helpful
to lots of things in your day to day life

Starting week two of our 5-week program tomorrow, got me thinking that after the nice weekend weather-wise it may have got your spirits up to start thinking about doing some activities...for lots of reasons..NSW coming out of lockdown so we are getting closer...then it is Xmas, and hopefully meet up with family and friends and the time to come together..so we will be starting a new program in about 4 weeks and a perfect time to jump on board and get yourself moving and active..so if you have been thinking about it...come run with us
