What a year 2021!!
Thank you to all my amazing clients both in and out of the gym. You have all achieved fantastic results and I'm so proud of all of you. Looking forward to kicking off 2022 with new goals and achievements coming your way.

A massive shout out to one of my clients Mel . Mel reached out to me in April after having surgery with a specific goal in mind. She wanted to get below 100kg in BW. She has an amazing allied health team in her corner. Mel also gets Dexa Scans done every 3 months. 8 months difference between photos, 70kg weight loss and a decrease in visceral fat.
Mel achieved her goal in November when she cracked the dreaded 3 digit figure. She now weighs 93kg.

Mels next goal was to run 5km non stop. Early October Mel could barely run 200 mtr. Mid December she completed her first 5km run non stop in 40 mins. Mel has consistently been running 5km and has brought her time down to 37 mins. Currently Mel runs 2 x week and walks every other day, I have started her on a gym program 4 x week and also include an active rest day each week.

As her trainer Mel has achieved amazing results and she has a few more goals to achieve for 2022 and beyond.

Thank you for reaching out to me Mel back in April. You have undoubtedly made me so proud watching your progress through your determination and consistency. Looking forward to see what 2022 brings..
