Thank you Rob, learnt so much and had the best time doing this. Would strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn to move and coach better. Incredible.

Wednesdays at The Shed will be our longer cardio piece for at least the next 8 weeks leading up to the big race!

Available to all, casual drop ins are welcome so please DM if you're interested in joining us πŸ‘Š

Whether you're signed up for the big event, our very own inhouse race (2 weeks out from the big show) or you just want to focus on your longer cardio and hit some sled work, Wednesdays classes are where you want to be!

These sessions will be a mix of solo and partner versions covering the 8 stations and some running ofcourse!

We always have a longer day in our programming regardless but this will give some consistency to what day it falls on.
