5 years since my last post...I'm not in the best shape of my life but time for a change. I'm over 120kg and have been drinking way too much. My left shoulder was reconstructed earlier and the year and now feels like I can start lifting again. My right shoulder also needs a recon but that will have to wait. Watch this space.....
