Our AGM is coming up on 16th May, and we’re looking for a few great people to join the team at Perth Cubs!

Time:5pm -6PM

Location: Inglewood Hotel, Verandah Bar.

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following roles:

⚾ Secretary
⚾ Equipment Manager

⚾ Line Marker & Grounds Manager
⚾ Machine Pitch Coordinator

Last Wednesday at the TBAWA AGM, we celebrated and recognised Scott Denman and Jeff Broadrick for their outstanding contributions to our club. Both receiving the Mount Bryson Meritorious award.

Scott, our current President, has been an integral part of the club over many years, serving as a parent, umpire, committee member, and President. His ongoing commitment and leadership continue to shape the strength of our community.

Jeff Broadrick has dedicated more than 20 years as a State Coach, showing unwavering commitment and passion for the sport. Like Scott, Jeff has remained actively involved with the club long after his own children’s participation ended.

We are incredibly grateful for the time, effort, and dedication both Scott and Jeff have given to the club. Their contributions have made a lasting impact, and we thank them sincerely.

Our Perth Cubs club is seeking sponsors to help purchase a club trailer - an essential addition that will allow us to safely and efficiently transport our equipment to and from the grounds, community events, and carnivals.

Sponsors will receive logo placement on the trailer and promotion through our social media and newsletters.

Your support helps invest in local kids, teamwork, and community spirit.

And that’s a wrap on the season! ⚾️ Our Machine Pitch team has officially finished up their 4-day tournament—what a fantastic way to close things out.

A huge thank you to all our coaches, managers, scorers, volunteers, and parents for your time, dedication, and support throughout the season. We couldn’t do it without you!

Keep your eyes on our socials for details on next season’s “Have a Go Day,” with registrations opening in July. We can’t wait to see you all back out on the field!

Catch the action at Mirrabooka Softball Complex at 5pm — let’s get behind the team and show our support!

Special mention to Holly (not pictured), who was injured during the semifinal and can’t take the field tonight. We’re all thinking of you, Holly — your team spirit doesn’t go unnoticed, and we know you’ll be cheering loud from the sidelines 💙
