Our new purpose built large 20m x 6m x 4m oven is now fully operational .
Gas fired it is Capable of cureing out of autoclave composites to 95 degrees Celsius. It can acheive this temperature in just 30minutes.
The floor has under slab insulation and also features a hydronic floor heating system aids efficiency and quality during pre preg lamination and resin infusion processing.

Our facility expansion has been completed by Chappel Building Services, resulting in an additional 500sqm of area and 279sqm of mezzanine space with new offices and meeting rooms, as well as an undercover outdoor working area. The outcome is impressive. We are delighted. The final phase of our expansion entails the installation of a custom-built spray booth, prep and sanding bay by Hunter Valley Spray Booths, and a new oven measuring 20m x 7m x 4.2m.
