I know it’s cold and I know how hard it is to get started so next week I want you to commit to just 10 mins a day
It is far easier to commit to 10 mins than 30 mins and once you get out there and get going if in 10mins you are hating it then u have my permission to go home if not keep going u will definitely feel better for it

THE 30day BUTT and GUT CHALLENGE
10 sit ups, 10 crunches,10 leg raises
25 squats, 25 sumo squats on toes, 25 donkey kicks, 25 fire hydrants
Increase by 5/ day
Rest on days 19/18/27
By adding a 30/60 min walk/run or jog you will be on your way to that summer bod in no time πŸ˜ƒ

Working night shift and still struggling a little with chronic illness can make motivation for exercise a little hard at times but such a beautiful afternoon made it a bit easier 9.5 km walk around local bush land no better way to end the day
