MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🙌🏻

Meet Pete! Or Pop Warrener as he’s known around the centre!

Pete has been a member with us since January this year. He was lost an incredible 40kgs in the last 6 months and we are so proud of him!

He has been attending 5 classes per week consistently, doing park run on weekends and he walks most mornings.

So let’s get to know him a bit more!

We asked him a few questions ..

Q. What is your biggest health accomplishment since being at the MAAC ?

A. felling fit and healthy again, able to move my body!

Q. What is your favourite class/exercise at the MAAC?

A. Aqua aerobics - superman drill 🦸🏼

Q. Do you have any advice for someone looking to start but can’t get going?

A. If you want to get healthy and not feel tired all the time, go on and do it!
