Time to mix up the annual trip a little. After having some amazing trips to Thailand with the boys I have decided to run a trip for couples in 2020. If you are a golfing couple or have a partner that might what to come for a holiday in Vietnam (voted best golf destination in 2019) then this trip is for you. Starts October 28th until November 6th. What are great last day to play our little trip tournament on. Siam - Old, was simply sensational, now my favourite golf course in Thailand. Had a nice 66 today which included an eagle, 6 birdies and a couple of very poor bogeys. Thanks go to Steve at CGE for helping organise and especially the beautiful Tanya at Golf Asian, for helping me out with all of our land based changes without any hassle at all. @ Old Course - Siam Country Club Pattaya

What an honour to play in the 2019 CGE / Mission Hills Hainan pro am with a great group of Woodlands members. The event went through the week without a single glitch and organised and managed sensationally by Steve and Kevin. What an amazing set of Golf Courses we were able to play and I look forward to returning and playing the remaining few.
On a personal note, a very slow start to the week and a cold putter prevented a better result, but overall some of the best ball striking I have had and a solid 5th place finish. For the Woodlands team, a late charge was almost good enough to jump into the prizes, but 4th place overall and a second on the last day had the boys up and about. Thanks to Matt Huber, John Cathcart and Gary Johnson for coming along.
See you all back at Woodlands next week.
