A very exciting week of golf for 4 of our members!

Maxwell Oldham, Amelia Whiston and Jack Deftereos-Brennan will all be playing in the 2026 Vic Open at 13th Beach, which tees off on Thursday. Max and Amelia had won exemptions towards the end of 2025, while Jack fought through final qualifying yesterday to secure his place. We wish them well!

Patrick O’Connor began life as a PGA Associate this month, and played his first professional event on Monday at Sandhurst, finishing a very impressive tied 3rd at level par. A great start to life in the professional ranks!

Congratulations to Woodlands member Bridget Hill, who has taken out the title of 2025 Victoria Mid Amateur Champion!

Held at Cobram-Barooga over the weekend, Bridget won by 3 strokes over 36 holes.

We also congratulate fellow Woodlands member Kerrod Tuckett, who finished tied for 3rd in the Men’s event.

Well done to both!

Congratulations to Woodlands member, , on another incredible win on the PGA Tour Champions!

Steve has claimed victory at the Dick’s Sporting Goods Open, adding to his impressive season on tour.

A final round of 6 under par sealed the deal, with Steve finishing at the top of the leaderboard for the second time this season.

Congratulations to Woodlands member, , on his first win on the PGA Tour Champions!

Steve won The Galleri Classic at Mission Hills Country Club in California. Rounds of 69, 65 & 67 gave Steve a 15 under par total, good enough for a 1 shot victory.
