One of the biggest mistakes I see in the
health and fitness industry is treating people as if they're all
the same,
The same training program
The same meal plan.
The same advice.
Yet no two people have the same body, injury history,
lifestyle, stress levels, sleep quality, work demands, habits,
goals, or motivations.
My approach is built around understanding the whole person
Whether someone is looking to overcome chronic pain,
recover from injury, lose weight, improve their health, or
enhance athletic performance, lasting results come from
addressing the factors driving the issue, not just treating the
symptoms,
Exercise, nutrition, movement quality, daily habits, stress,
sleep, mindset, and education all play a role (to name a few).
don't believe in shortcuts or the cookie-cutter approach
That's the foundation of The McLeod Method.
Or a shorter, punchier Linkedin version:
No two clients are the same and the whole picture MUST be
looked at for the most effective and lasting results
Because when you understand the person, the solution
becomes much clearer.
That's the approach behind The McLeod Method.
