Our aim is to develop and improve the children's sporting skills in a whole range of sports including but not limited to Basketball, Tennis, Soccer, Netball, Softball, Baseball, Cricket, Volleyball, Soccer, Hockey, Football etc. Our classes incorporate sporting disciplines and skills to improve physical development, teamwork, self confidence and social interaction. l parents- marriage duo Dion Argent (Sports and Conditioning Coach) and Mandy Argent (Personal Trainer) who have worked in the area of Health and Fitness for 14 years, and Rebekah Giles (Exercise Physiology Student) who has a passion for kids, fitness, and sport.

Good morning home school parents. Unfortunately We will not be running home school sports this term because of our work, study and family commitments we are still learning to juggle. We are sorry for any inconvenience we have caused and hopefully if all goes to plan we will be ready for term 3. Have a great term homeschooling. I know we will. Regards Dion and Mandy

Hello all you wonderful Home School Parents and Children
Home School Sports will not be running in Term 1 this year and will start again in term 2 because of my work commitments and Mandys study commitments and us moving house. Sorry for any inconveinience caused. We have only made a decision today as we have been looking at other options. Please let other parents know as my phone and contact registar with all parents contacts and emails has been water damaged and is currently being fixed to be able to save contact information. Sorry once again and looking forward to seeing all your lovely faces in term 2.

Just a reminder that there is no class today for the youngest of our athletes. There will be a circuit for parents to supervise while the other two classes run. This only affects the youngest kids on court one and we're back to normal next week :D Apologies for the inconvenience, and I can't wait for next week :) ~Bek

Evening parents. I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be unavailable for coaching on Tuesday the 14th of June. On that day there will be a circuit set up for the kids, but parents will have to be responsible for them. I had told some parents that it was this coming Tuesday, but I apologise I got the date wrong for my exam. So this week is going ahead as per usual and the following week I will be writing madly in an exam. Thank you for your cooperation and I'll be back with bells on the week after that! ~Bek

Good afternoon Home Schoolers! I hope everyone had fun today! I just wanted to share a few photos that we managed to snap today. Before the session started Mandy and I were chatting, and when we looked up the kids had formed a beautiful line and were making their way through the obstacle course. It was such a spectacular example of self-organisation that we had to get photos! Unfortunately, we missed that exact shot, but here are some others. I was so impressed!

Good Afternoon! I hope everyone is having a great week so far. Yesterday was a great session so thank you to all the parents and kids involved. It's nice to see all the kids coming together as a team and forming new friendships.
Something I have been chatting to Mandy and a few parents about is having an activity each week for the kids to practice at home. This could be something as simple as jumping around the house on two feet for the younger kids. This would help reinforce the skills they are practicing at sport, and will help create active moments during the day.
Really looking forward to seeing them hone their skills over the next few weeks!

Good morning everyone! Today is the day we've been waiting for! Sport is on at 1pm at Morayfield Indoor Sport Centre! (And the crowd goes wild!)
There will be hockey happening on court 3 for Dion's group and basketball for everyone else.
We're really looking forward to seeing all your faces again and can't wait to meet the new people who are planning on coming.
