A warm-up gradually revs up your cardiovascular system by raising your body temperature and increasing blood flow to your muscles. Warming up may also help reduce muscle soreness and lessen your risk of injury. Cooling down after your workout allows for a gradual recovery of pre-exercise heart rate and blood pressure.

Brisbane Classic done n dusted.. 3rd in Men's Physique Rookie, 3rd in Men's Physique Open.
Was happy with how I did, for how I did.. first round again a bit lost on stage, was quite cramped.. but so much more comfortable in opens and actually had fun with it..it's been a crash course couple of months, with back to back comps.. but it was a blast, a rush and definitelymade me feel alive..! .. I feel confident now with the poses, it's about now putting a routine together.. things are clicking and im pumped for what comes next.. maybe season B.. stay tuned..

Two weeks turn around, not a hell of a lot of time to make massive changes.. but have had a repeated chest/back workouts...

Two weeks turn around, not a hell of a lot of time to make massive changes.. but have had a repeated chest/back workouts with this week oblique-week.. and seeing quick results.. just done 2 days double carb/salt/fat loading.. still weigh the same, normal food today.. more carbs tomorrow... 2 days to go!!!!!
