TREADMILL CORE/CARDIO! 🏃♀️

Ok so I never thought I’d hear this statement come out of me but went for a run yesterday…and no one was chasing me or I wasn’t even running after a netball 😳😳😝 I know it freaked me out too 🤣 BUT I just had the urge to see if I could actually do it (postpartum and with my MS symptoms too) Surprisingly it felt alright and afterwards had the biggest feeling of accomplishment and all those post workout happy endorphins too 😜
So, here was my little workout (about 30mins in total!)
- 10mins brisk walk warm up (I did 5km/hr)
Workout:
2mins run
2mins walk
Core exercises
REPEAT 5 times
*Core exercises- 20 sit ups, 20 Turtles or heel touches side to side, 20 alternate leg lowers
**my RUN was 10km/hr. You adjust to a steady pace that suits you 😁
NOTE- you can do this workout outside obviously too 👌🏻👍🏻
