If you’re like me and you struggle to hit your protein targets, especially at breakfast time. Try these overnight oats, packed full with almost 40 grams of protein!! 🎯🤤
I find this is an easy way to get a head start on your protein intake for the day!

To make this breakfast you will need to add 60g of rolled oats and a 30g scoop of Rule 1 protein (or whatever protein you love) in your bowl and mix it together. Add your desired amount of water and mix again. Drizzle 20g of peanut butter on the top and pop it in the fridge overnight. 🤗

This meal was a total of 466 delicious calories 😋
The macros ⬇️
Protein- 38g
Carbs- 45g
Fat- 15g
