Another superb day at the MGC, 🌞 lots of sunshine, no wind 🌬️ and good company👬👭. The MGC has held up quite well with the abundance of rain recently recorded. A couple of wet areas, all in all not too much to worry about. Greens are magical but haven't helped some players from the good old 3 putts, including yours truly.

I am pleased to release the news, there were no clubs thrown today, even though some scores reflected the possibility.😠😡🥶

What a weekend the Islanders put on for us. The course in magnificent condition, rain very minimal, wind factor (it was there), food fabulous and awesome company 😎🎉🏅👍

We had some winners 🏆
A significant winner -Josie Nichols and partner Alex,
Won Sundays 4BBB with a smacking 48 points. YES, you read correctly.
A mighty effort Josie, you surprised them with your game ⛳.
S Percey, J Balfe, Kevin Wagner, Pip Rainbow and T Taylor, all winning at the tournament.

Again, an awesome weekend on the island 🏝️. Thank you to all those that accommodated us with food, beverages, carts etc.

The Moorina Golf Club thanks Duane and the boys for their support to our club.
UNFORTUNATELY, after the weekend the company who owns Boags in Launceston advised their workers the facility would be closing. Not only is this a hit to the gut of all the employees. BUT to all of those Tasmanians who have supported the Boags brew in many ways and stood tall when challenges were made against it. WILL we defend BOAGS in the future?
