Happy New Year to all our members!
This week we’ll be easing back into our regular class schedule, starting with our 9am group sessions.
I’ll be adding a couple early mornings, as well as a few afternoon classes in the coming weeks.
This week is all about finding our routine again - looking forward to seeing you all! 🏋🏼‍♀️
