With a smile on her face and willingness to work hard, Kaz has been a mainstay in our classes for a very long time now!

Weapon on the gym floor and lovely human too, Kaz sets the standard for getting it done with no excuses!

Hasn’t been easy for Ang this year with a consistent niggly shoulder to deal with.

Hasn’t stopped her though, getting her 3 sessions a week for as long as I can remember!

Such a hard and committed worker in the gym and the no excuse mentality will serve her well for decades to come!

For those who didn’t know Hannah has just come back from major knee surgery following an on field footy incident.

Post surgery now, it felt like she never left - throwing herself right back into her rehab program.

Both physio and surgeon are over the moon with her progress, saying she is well ahead of where she needs to be.

No surprise to me, as she has been so diligent with all areas of the process and ensuring she recovers fully from what is a major endeavour both pre and post!

So proud of what she has achieved thus far and know she will come out of this phase stronger/fitter/better than what she was before the incident!!
