Townes Serenity ππ
The matriarch of TPH, that rare one in a million horse that comes along once in a lifetime and goes on to completely shape and define your future β€οΈβ€οΈ
Serenity is now rising 15 and to date has had 12 ET progeny, 8 fillies and 4 c**ts.
Out of all the progeny (all under 9 yrs old) 6 are open horses, 4 are novice horses (2 of which only need one more novice win to become an open horse) and 3 have not commenced competition! All the competition horses on our truck are all out of Serenity except one who was a Nutrien purchase β€οΈ
Out of the three who have not commenced competition, one is a gelding that the family loves so much they have kept him for now for their children rather than commencing competition, 1 rising 2 yr old filly, the most recent a weanling c**t still on recip Mum and another on the way due later in the year ππ
There is a 5 year gap when we did not breed as we were in the thick of the boarding school fee trenches with at one stage having 4 at once for 4 years in a row π¬π³ Anyone thatβs been down that road knows only too well the financial pressure that creates π
With boarding fees now done and dusted we are back on the ET journey with Serenity and her daughterβs so we are very excited to see if her legacy can be continued through her progeny ππ
Without counting up what Serenity and her progeny have won in the competition arena to date the 5 progeny that have been sold out of Serenity (3 through sales and 2 private) totals $259,000 for an average of $51,800 π
Metallica, although still a very young sire is also well and truly pulling his weight and contributing to the Serenity progeny pool with over $100k in service fees with the eldest of his progeny being a 3 yr old gelding! If he is anything to go by on trainability, conformation and temperament the TMack progeny have a very bright and exciting future ahead π
