Did you know that women who strength train often experience fewer PMS symptoms?
Get to know your menstrual cycle and learn how to train through out the phases. Minimal changes are needed but slight variations in load as we move through the phases may be needed that’s why it’s important to track your weights. Keep in mind all of our cycles are unique. As women it’s so important to track your cycles and get to know your norms so when something feels off we can address it.

This month, we’re proud to support Share the Dignity — helping women and girls doing it tough across Australia.

We’ve placed a pink donation box at the gym for anyone who’d like to contribute. You can drop off:
🩸 Pads and tampons (sealed)
🧴 Period cups and reusable products
🧼 Toiletries and self-care essentials

Every small donation helps restore dignity to women in crisis, experiencing homelessness, or fleeing domestic violence.

9 Years now coaching Pete & his beautiful wife Jackie. What an absolute honour it is for me to be their coach for almost a decade ❤️ Since the days of 6 am in the park and at their home. I came with my training bag that had a few dumbbells, boxing gloves & pads, resistance bands, a few kettlebells and i think that’s about it. Then when Zenith opened its doors in 2021 they were one of my first clients in the gym as well as a few others who i coached. Im forever blessed to have an amazing community. Zenith would not be what it is without all the individuals who make up the Zenith family. 🙏🏽

📣Heard it on the gym floor📣

“ I wasn’t feeling it today, but i’m so glad i came” Said one of our beautiful & strong women in the gym this week, two others replied and said they also felt the exact same way. The truth is we all feel this, every single one of us has this battle, some more often than others. The internal battle or ‘Monkey mind’ that happens right before we have to do something perceived to be uncomfortable or hard. The truth is that every time
we feed into that inner voice that says i’ll go later, i’ll do it tomorrow that voice gets stronger & it gets harder to show up.

That’s all you have to do. Just show up, go light if you need to, go slower. Keep going sister, stay consistent, keep the promises to yourselves- It’s an act of self love & respect. I promise you will feel better for it.

Welcome June! ❄️☃️🧤🧣Typically this time of year is where we start to move less & stay indoors to try to keep our ears from freezing off, Can i let you in on a little secret?? To stay warm this winter & keep your energy bills low all you need is MOVEMENT! This past week every session at a Zenith our crew has come in all layered up and after a just a few mins of the warm up its layers off! Whenever the thought of “I’m so cold” enters your mind do 10 body weight squats! Yes that’s all you need to increase your body temp! Try it & see for yourself! Also if you want to keep up your outdoor walks but not feeling motivated to get out of bed in the am, come join us on Wednesday’s at 6 am outside of Essendon rowing club for our weekly River walks. HAPPY WINTER ☃️❄️☃️

🌻 You are invited to join our Zenith Community on the 2 nd of March for an Australian Wide BOOTCAMP FOR BLOOD CANCER event!

We are one of 8 gyms across Australia to run this event on the same day… yep, 8 gyms all joining forces to raise money toward Leukaemia research, and it’s going to be EPIC! 💥

This ‘bootcamp’ style session is just one big, team workout - it’s suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. It’s all about having fun and raising money for a cancer that over 4,500 Australians are diagnosed with every year.

And don’t worry it's not just you training - the coaches will be joining in on all the Fun!

After the participants finish their workout, they get to sit back, enjoy a snack and get a taste for revenge while they watch the coaches work through a pretty tough workout - the more money we raise, the more reps us coaches have to do ☠️
