Day 11: Final training session in Seoul today. We trained with Gaon Taekwondo, under Master Kim Kwangsoo. Thank you Master Kim for letting us come and train with you. The team enjoyed the training and the finer points of Taekwondo technique. I would also like to thank D**g Min Cha, Kukkiwon dispatch Master for Australia for organising the training session with Master Kim 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Day 10: back to Seoul. Second Hapkido session at Chadol Martial Arts School with Master Hong. Another great session. Master Hong concentrated on finer technical points of kicking, falling. With the senior Instructed he taught some belt defence work with us. Thank-you Master Hong for allowing us to train with you. We all look forward to training with you again in the future 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
