I’m excited to officially open the doors to AFB Fitnessβ€”a new private home studio right here in Wurtulla, dedicated specifically to Men’s Health & Performance.

If you’re a bloke who wants to get back into training but hates the crowds and noise of commercial gyms, this space is for you. It’s 100% private, open-air (with high-velocity fans keeping it cool πŸ’¨), and focused on getting the work done.

Triple Threat Match!

My go to when I am short in time is to pick 3 exercises using one piece of equipment and go hard for 15-20 minutes.

Set a timer and try this Kettlebell Tri-set:
1) High Pull
2) Standing Front Raise
3) Tall Kneeling Bicep Curl
