Challenge yourself, and you can be amazed at what is possible.

What is it that you want? Is there anything you have always wanted but just never got started? It’s really not too late.

Now 39 years old, I started learning guitar at 30, and started learning to sing almost 5 years ago. I’ve been playing gigs now for a few years.

You don’t need to be able to envision the way towards what you want, or how it’s possible, you just need to get started and persevere.

Is your goal is fat loss, toning up, feeling better, building muscle, playing sport again, having energy to spend with your family, or even learning an instrument or singing!? The process is the same, and I’ll tell you the secret...

Because there is a secret to learning anything, and it is...

First ask yourself, do you really want it? Really? If you conclude you don’t, then that’s ok. It might be something for the future you, not now.
..but if you can quietly acknowledge to yourself that you do want it, if you can feel a fire burning inside when you imagine what life could be like, then set out and don’t let anything stand in your way. Perseverance is key.

It will change you, you will have to learn, it will test you, it may ask a lot more of you than you first imagined. However through the trials and difficulty you will gain confidence, self-esteem, and learn that you have what it takes...you just have to prove it to yourself. Earn your confidence. Earn your self esteem.
