The jaguars loved having their dads in class last week but be warned: DO NOT SHOW THEM YOUR BACK! 🤭 It was fantastic to see some dads already in a gi and being a great BJJ role model for their Jaguars.

It was fantastic to see you getting involved, giving it a go and sharing the experience with your little martial artists. These moments are so special, and your kids absolutely loved having you on the mat with them! 👊

Huge congratulations to all our Young Lions and Kyokushin Karate students that participated in the Musashi Cup last weekend. Taking part in competition is a true test of character, resilience and bravery and we are so proud of you all.

Medals and trophies were won and lost but lessons are always learned.

Sue is doing incredible work by creating and delivering neurodiverse education to help teachers teach neurodiverse children. GMA is committed to providing an inclusive environment and supporting children, teens and adults alike.

Little eyes are watching every kick, punch and bow. They see their big sibling as a role model, and they’re already copying what they see.

Because being a role model isn’t something you’re told to be. Sometimes, it’s simply knowing that someone is always watching. ❤️

These stripes are more than just something to wear. They recognise the way our Jaguars show up, listen, persevere, support each other and make good choices every day.
