Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each & every one of you who joined me for a program this year. We may not of met in “real life” (yet) but chatting to you on the daily sure made it feel like we were new found besties 🥰

You girls made my year & are the reason I pinch myself daily that this is what I do.

And this is why we take progress pics 🔥

We may not count our calories, weigh our portions (or ourselves), cut out entire food groups or live of a life of restriction BUT we do take progress pics each week.

Not only does it help keep you accountable, responsible, & motivated but it also shows you that the small positive changes you are making are compounding to big results & that’s something to be super proud of!

Sometimes when we look at ourselves in the mirror (especially half naked) we automatically pick out all the things we are un-happy with. We are so use to seeing our own body’s everyday that we don’t notice or celebrate the small positive changes we are making all adding up.

When was the last time you celebrated a win you had or said something nice to your amazing body? 💛

Just in case my word wasn’t enough...

This is 8 weeks worth of small healthy changes with ZERO restriction, calorie counting, cutting out socialising, food guilt or “smashing” 6-7 workouts every week.

This is education, support, guidance, accountability & focusing on the process NOT the result. Nothing extreme, just consistency.

2 months in & forever to go 🙌🏾

Feeling better, stronger, more energised, healthier, happier & more confident. These things are the real win for me 🙏🏿 (The physical results are just a bonus really)

One of the things on my gratitude board today...
“My healthy relationship with food”.
Why? Because after being in this industry for close to 10 years now I’ve seen my fair share of negative relationships or talk surrounding food. People have shared with me what they do to lose weight, ask me if they should purchase the latest “fat burner” products advertised on social media, expressed to me how stressful social events can be for them with food anxiety & extreme guilt.. the list goes on.
This breaks my heart.
You don’t need a diet, restrictions, products & to be obsessive/stressed about food. What you need is to be educated, create healthy habits, ditch the diet culture & most of all enjoy the process of living a healthy & happy life because it FEELS so good ❤️
If there’s one thing I pass onto my beautiful group of girls that choose me to be their trainer- I hope it’s having a positive relationship with food 🙏🏿
👉🏽Love what you eat. I certainly look forward to every meal.
👉🏽Enjoy being social (when we can) we only live once. Embrace meals with friends & family.
👉🏽Don’t workout to burn off what you ate.
Exercise is a luxury, not a punishment.
👉🏽Say something nice to your body every single day.
