1000 Cals on the assault bike it is 🤢

We’re raising funds for My Room Children’s Cancer Charity as part of our charity footy match against Huddle on Sunday the 20th September.

Our fu raising link is now live and to kick things off…if we raise $1000 in the next 24 hours Liam will do a 1000 calorie interval on the assault bike this Friday.

Starting balance is $745 from 4:48pm Tuesday 18th August ⏳

Fun night last night at the 2026 Movember awards 👨🏻

BdyX golf day was nominated for the “Having fun doing good” category which we thought was fitting. No win this time but we were honoured to be mentioned and a shoutout to the winner “Burning Mo Festival” 👏

Big thank you to everyone that has contributed to our Movember campaign over the last 2 years which has helped us raised over $60,000 for the cause.
