A big congratulations to our legends who graded today at the JVI Dan Gradings. Our guys were awesome! They worked really hard in preparation, and their performances today were absolutely fantastic. They truly earned their new black belts.

Tani achieved his NiDan.
Steve earned his long overdue and well-deserved ShoDan.
Alex proudly earned his ShoDan.

Special thanks to young Aiden, who stepped in as Alex’s crash test dummy. Although he wasn’t grading, he selflessly endured being thrown hundreds of times this week to help the others prepare!

Huge congratulations to these outstanding young Judoka who smashed their gradings last night with flying colours! You’ve all been working incredibly hard — your focus, grit and team spirit shone through. Those new belts are well earned.
