🔸 Back again with our Monthly Foundations Course that places the foundations and fundamentals of CrossFit, through a lens 🔬. Our goal is to provide a deeper but concise, understanding of the functional movement patterns required in the sport. Having conversations on why we do them? And how they apply to the everyday world. Further, how we can take advantage of these skills and unlock our inner athlete potential.

Foundations Course 🚨

New to CrossFit? Been eyeing it up but feel a little intimated by the crazy stuff you see online?

Then come check out our foundations course 🙌🏽 we’ll slow things right down and show you how catchy and fun CrossFit just can be. Guided by a certified, experienced CrossFit coach - you’ll grasp a deeper understanding on the functional movement patterns required in the sport and have conversations about why we do them, how they apply to the everyday world and how we can take advantage of them to unlock our inner athlete.

Bring a water bottle, sweat towel and training gear (as well as your learning cap) and you’re set to go.

This course once completed also grants you a free week under our “Unlimited Membership” terms. Full access to classes and our recovery centre 🤩 trust me you’ll be want to check it out, the first week always stings a bit!

2 x 60min sessions over the course of a week.

These will run monthly, so get in quick otherwise you’ll have to wait for the next!

We’ll typically cover a more technical aspect, before moving into a barbell cycling piece to get the heart rate up and apply all of our efficiency pointers into a fast paced environment.

Make sure you’re staying up to date with your strict push/pull strength. It’s the foundation of all of your gymnastics and weightlifting!

If your affiliate neglects this, make sure you supplement it in somewhere throughout the week. Not only to support the above mentioned modalities, but to reduce the risk of injury. Countless butterfly pull ups or handstand push ups is just going to wear and tear at your joints.

Do your strength training! Both compound, and isolated exercises 💪
