🚌 444 BUS ROUTE EXTENDED TO THE MOGGILL DISTRICT SPORTS PARK!

Exciting news today for local residents - from 21 September 2026, the 444 bus service will extend directly to the Moggill District Sports Park, providing public transport access to this important local sporting precinct for the very first time!

This is a significant win for local residents and the delivery of an important election commitment that I made to our community.

Together with the Minister for Transport and Main Roads, Brent Mickelberg MP, I’m delighted that the Crisafulli LNP State Government is delivering this practical improvement for local families, students, sporting clubs and visitors.

The two-year trial will include two new bus stops, with targeted weekday and weekend services making it easier to reach training, games and community events. A comprehensive evaluation of patronage and use will determine the need for additional and expanded services.

A new footpath between the Sports Park and Priors Pocket Road will also be constructed from late September, further improving safety and accessibility.

This is an exciting step forward for our community, providing more active and public transport options, and ensuring even more people can access everything this outstanding sporting precinct has to offer.

We could not have asked for a better end to our 2026 Junior AFL Season.

Last night was the embodiment of community and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of our Mustangs!!! From our Auskickers through to our U11s we have seen everything that makes AFL the great sport that it is - team work, sportsmanship, dedication, enthusiasm, and spirit!
