❄️☔️ A New Season is Here... So Let's Keep Moving! ❄️☔️
Monday marks the change of season and the arrival of winter. As the days get shorter and darker, it's easy to find ourselves curled up on the couch, reaching for comfort foods, and putting movement on the back burner.
But winter is actually one of the most important times to keep our bodies moving. Regular exercise can boost energy, improve mood, support our immune system, and help us stay connected with others when the colder months tempt us to hibernate.
Whether it's Pilates, Zumba, a walk around the block, or simply stretching at home, every bit of movement counts. You don't have to be perfect—you just have to start.

I've recently freed up some space in my schedule and am considering adding an extra class or two because helping people move, grow stronger, and feel good is what I love most.
