POV: You coach a room full of teenage boys…

10% lifting.
90% making as much noise as humanly possible. πŸ˜‚

Somehow they still get stronger every week.

Coached properly. Safe technique. Progressive overload. Progress over perfection.

πŸƒ 12+ RUN GROUP

Train smarter, not harder.

Maximum Aerobic Speed (MAS) training uses testing data to set each runner’s individual training speeds, ensuring intervals are matched to their current aerobic fitness, not guesswork.

This helps improve aerobic capacity, running economy and repeat-effort performance, while reducing the risk of overtraining, excessive fatigue and training at inappropriate intensities.

It also means runners of different levels and abilities can join the same session, and run their own pace.

Progressive coaching. Age-appropriate programming. Long-term development.

Strength training isn’t just about lifting weights.

It’s about developing movement quality, building confidence, improving resilience and creating a foundation for sport and life.

Our programs progress from learning technique to safely applying load, helping young people become stronger, more capable and more resilient.

Hybrid combines strength and conditioning to develop aerobic fitness, muscular endurance, work capacity and mental toughness.

The 14+ sessions provide an additional challenge for older teens ready for higher training demands.

Run stronger. Run faster. Run more efficiently.

Our Run Groups combine structured running sessions with runner-specific strength work to improve mechanics, aerobic fitness, speed and fatigue resistance.

Suitable for everyone from young sprinters through to competitive distance runners.

Ages 8–11 is one of the most important periods for athletic development.

Through games, challenges and structured coaching, Foundations First develops coordination, balance, agility, strength and confidence while children are most receptive to learning new movement skills.

Strong foundations create better athletes later.

A safe and supportive environment for young people to train independently.

Open Gym allows members to practise skills, complete programs and build consistency while still having access to coach supervision and guidance when needed.

Learn how to train for life.

Every athlete is different.

Personal Training provides individualised coaching, assessment and programming tailored to specific goals, sports, injuries or development needs.

From beginners to high-performance athletes, we help accelerate progress with
