ARC ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT CAMPS ARE BACK THESE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

This is the perfect time for kids and teens to see what ARC is all about in a safe, supportive and professionally coached environment.

AGES 8–10
A fun, foundation-focused program developing fundamental movement skills, bodyweight strength, coordination, balance, running, jumping and landing through games, relays and team challenges.

AGES 10–12
A more advanced, sport-focused program developing sprint speed, acceleration, agility, deceleration, change of direction, strength, power and reaction skills.

HIGH SCHOOL AGE
Teen strength and athletic development sessions, including:

β€’ supervised introduction to the open gym
β€’ correct lifting technique and equipment use
β€’ strength, speed and agility training
β€’ AxIT performance assessment
β€’ individual performance report
β€’ personalised training program

Strength
Teen Boys, Teen Girls and Mixed.

Speed + Agility for Sport Performance
Built for acceleration, change of direction, footwork, power and confidence in game-speed movement.

Hybrid Strength + Conditioning
A mix of strength, fitness, running mechanics and repeat-effort work to build the engine behind performance.

Every session is structured, coached and age-appropriate, with progressions to suit different abilities and experience levels, and modifications for injuries.

NEW weekly strength options for teenagers at ARC Athletic.

We now offer a separate Teen Boys Strength and Teen Girls Strength class each week.

Why? Because physiological differences can mean different coaching needs, progressions and training priorities.

These sessions allow us to coach with more structure, tailoring movement skills, strength development, confidence-building and exercise progressions to the teenagers in front of us.

Teen Boys Strength
Monday @ 5:30pm

Teen Girls Strength
Thursday @ 5:45pm

Structured. Supportive. Age-appropriate strength training for life + sport.
