We’re looking for a passionate and community-minded Coaching Coordinator to help support the development of our MiniRoos and Junior players.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating positive football experiences for our young players while supporting the volunteers who make our club great.
What will you do?
✅ Support and mentor MiniRoos and Junior coaches
✅ Promote a consistent and positive coaching philosophy across the club
✅ Coordinate coach education and development opportunities
✅ Support player development pathways and growth
✅ Act as the key coaching liaison between coaches, players, families, and the club
✅ Help foster an inclusive, supportive, and enjoyable football environment
We're looking for someone who:
⚽ Has a passion for player development and grassroots football
⚽ Enjoys supporting and encouraging others
⚽ Can communicate effectively with coaches, players, and families
⚽ Believes football should be fun, inclusive, and focused on learning
⚽ Wants to make a positive impact on the next generation of players
