7 ways you can increase your daily physical activity…
1. Go for a short walk in your lunch break
2. Park further away from your destination so you have to walk a bit
3. Make catch ups with your friends active, go for a walk together, play tennis, go to the beach for a swim, do a workout class
4. Wake up slightly earlier and go for a morning walk or do a workout from home
5. Do an at home yoga or Pilates class, follow an class from YouTube
6. Schedule your day and make sure you allow time for the gym or some sort of physical activity
7. Take the stairs instead of the lift
Making small changes makes a difference.
