She did it!

Back to back titles! Ens took out the 2017 U84 Asia Oceania Championships. Along with gold in the Squat, Bench & Deadlift.
Ens woke up the morning of the comp sick and instead of complaining (or telling her coach) she did as true champs do and soldiered on, did what she had to do to bring home the gold!
We are super proud of her work ethic and dedication to training! Your success is earned!

BOOK OF METHODS

If you train with us here at SHSC it's no secret that we have endless methods to ensure our members get the results they desire but more importantly; they ENJOY training and the process!

This week we look at the 10/20 method.

How it's done:
We commonly use a more "demanding" exercise for the first 10 reps followed by a less demanding exercise and one which works the muscles from a different angle.

More often than not we use this method for smaller muscle groups like Biceps. Our favourite- Seated Fat Bar Curls and DB Spider curls.

You can use this method on any body part you like.

Word of warning... If you do this with the Leg Press and Leg Extension, your legs will be on πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
