With both sadness and gratitude, we share that Freeform Pilates Mittagong has now closed its doors.

This studio has been so much more than a place to exercise.
It has been a community — a space filled with friendships, laughter, hard work, encouragement, and so many shared milestones. We have watched people grow stronger, recover from injuries, build confidence, and support one another in ways that went far beyond Pilates.

To every client who trusted us with their bodies and their time, and to every instructor who poured their heart into teaching here — thank you. You helped create something incredibly special and we will always be grateful for the years we shared together.

While this chapter in Mittagong has come to an end, Freeform Pilates continues.

We wish each and every one of you the very best moving forward and hope you keep taking care of yourselves, moving your bodies, and staying connected to the things that make you feel strong and well.

And… watch this space.
There are exciting things on the horizon for Freeform Pilates down on the Mornington Peninsula.
