Combining flexibility, mobility, strength, postural work all whilst enjoy the variety of different movements week to week, YOU will see change! No boring repetitions or working the same program week after week Pilates is about getting you moving and tuning into what your body needs.
Join us every Monday and Wednesdays 9:15am, Fridays at 10:20am for Pilates or try our new Strength and conditioning circuit based training Thursdays at 9:15am. Classes run between 45-50 minutes.
