Welcome to Mitcham Thunder. Mitcham Thunder is a part of the Junior & Senior Competitions across EDJBA, MEBA, and GEBC leagues.

We are a junior basketball club in the eastern district, offering a free beginners program on Saturday mornings, and team competitions. Established in 2016, Mitcham Thunder Basketball Club is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit club in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne dedicated to making basketball fun, inclusive, and accessible for all. We also offer a free Beginners Programs for kids aged 5–10 every

Saturday morning at Rangeview Primary School. We're a friendly, family-oriented basketball community where everyone is welcome. If you have any questions or want to know more, feel free to DM us!

Looking for a fun, friendly basketball club for your child this summer? Come along and see what Mitcham Thunder is all about! 🏀

We’re inviting junior players interested in joining a team for the upcoming summer season to our Come & Try session. Kids can get on the court, meet our coaches, have a go and experience Mitcham Thunder for themselves.
