Arms and Abs tonight ladies!!

We have New exercises and we are increasing our intensity just a little 😜

Remember abs are 80% made in the kitchen from what you eat and drink! So focus on what we are putting into our belly's this week.

Who is ready to BURN!! Tonight we will be targeting arms with Boxing, weights and resistance training.

Legs and B***y with B***y Bands and of coarse Abs with a full Ab blaster floor workout.

If your wanting a good snack or healthy lunch you have to try these banana wrap roll ups!!! 🤩

Just grab a multigrain or low carbon wrap, spread peanut butter add a whole banana, roll and slice.

Yum!!!

This is a personal one for you ladies!

Before and after pics can be hard sometimes. But great to see how far you have come ❤

I was going through some photos and found these 3 ill share. This is a 6 month period.

1st i was drinking nearly every weekend.

2nd is alot of stress, skinny but not necessarily fit!

3rd i train 4-5 times a week and keep up a consistent high protein diet!

Getting ready to change my body to start to compete in body building bikini division in October.

Amazing how much one body can change.

I'm excited to announce that I am now doing CUSTOM meal plans! Wether your a PT client of mine or not, I am now doing meal plans for those focusing on Nutrition.

These will be handed out weekly or fortnightly depending on preference.

Also Bootcamp on Tonight! Legs and Butt 🍑
Last night I introduced Ankle weights and B***y bands to our Full body circuit.

So tonight we will be focusing in on those legs and butt a bit more to give you ladies that extra burn to go into the weekend with! 🙌
