Seriously, nothing toooo much has changed 🤐🤣💪👍

Still working out with weights, 14yrs ago it was once every few weeks as my life in target made it extremely hard to fit in a gym session...

But I changed it all up..

Now, its....

4 days a week weights 🏋‍♀️
1 day session of Calastenics and flexibility...🧘🏻‍♀️
I day its a martial arts session...💪
And 7 days of Zumba 💃💃💃

Who knew 🤔 when I started doing the "Jane Fonda Workout" in my 20's that I'd be doing all this in my 60's and still going 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤓🎉🌝💯💜
