Our conditioning programs change everyday. We focus on either anaerobic training where you give 100% for shorter periods with slightly longer rest or aerobic training which are longer efforts at a lower intensity with little to no rest.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Our Strength programs run in 6 week blocks making sure that you learn the movements, you get confident with the exercise and you get stronger each class! Strength sessions are either designed to get you Strong or Tone you up!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This Group Training program is Personal and we make sure your technique is always faultless and you are progressing towards your goals, pain free!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I’m an Exercise Scientist and PT currently studying a Masters in Exercise Physiology at Sydney University. Saying health and fitness is a big part of my life would be an understatement! ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
I am an experienced amateur boxer with more than 50 competitive bouts at the Elite level and right now I am into ultra-marathon running and working up for a December run from Sydney to Brisbane, in support of Soldier ON. Watch this space! 🥊🏃🏽​​​​​​​​
