The Dunmunkle Tennis competition is changing it up this year! Instead of the traditional team’s event on Saturdays, the Association has decided to put a hold on the Lingham Trophy for this season and run a Twilight Tennis Fast4 tournament style competition on Friday evenings. Everyone is free to play regardless of skill level, just come on the night and the draw will be determined. There is no ongoing commitment to play, however there will be a monthly prize for the player that has won the most games over that period. Registrations are from 5.30pm-6.00pm with the tennis being played between 6.00pm-8.00pm.
This Friday evening will be the inaugural event held at Rupanyup’s new facilities. The following week will be played at Murtoa, and then alternating between these venues going forward. Cost for adults is $5 per week and under 16s are free.
